Propose object removal

Propose erasing an object from a stretch of a recording. Sigma’s remove_object: mark the object (a point, or a box with w/h, at atSec of the recording) or name it in prompt, over at most 30 seconds of the recording. Answers the quote, per started 5 seconds and the model the registry names, with a signed approval. Never runs on its own: send approval.approval to POST /v1/sigma/approvals, which holds the price, erases the stretch and lays it over the same seconds as ONE revision (the recording untouched underneath; POST /v1/sigma/revert takes it back). A failed erase is refunded in full.
