Start a run

Start the complete trend-to-distribution workflow. Returns immediately with a durable run id. When neither trendId nor topic is supplied, the highest-ranked observed trend in the Brand’s primary theme is selected. The quoted credits are atomically reserved before the run is accepted and unused credits are refunded at settlement. Refused with 409 conflict while the Brand’s autopilot is paused (enabled: false) or the workspace’s Governance kill switch is on, and with 503 upstream_unavailable while the workspace’s Governance policy cannot be read; retry the same request.
